Sweet, not like "Totally Sweet Dude!" but "Awww"

With the economy horribly horrible and wars up the wazoo, I think we need to remember what it is like to have peace and serenity now and again. Though the art was pencil stecth, and nowadays it tends not to be, the story behind it was great.

[Across the Universe: Ep.1]

Nice

*SPOILERS*

At every moment I expected it to end because, well that is how these things work online, but it kept going. Well done. There was a full fledged plot involved, also well done. I loved the tin line between reality and illusion. Which is which I have yet to find out but I think it is all real. Yet why the title Across the Universe I have yet to find out. Does the portal that the girl came from take you someplace different? Possibly "Across the Universe"? I don't know yet but what I do know is that it is way cool so far. The animation rulez, the sound quality is great. I am happy that the spoken words are subtitled. I really like the beginning of the object coming down to the ground, thought that was cool. Everything is great

So what's next on the agenda? Do they travel to some safe haven? Is it too late and the mysterious girl has to fight those white alien like guys? What happened to the kid anyway? Will any of this be answered? STAY TUNED...nah I'm just curious. Plz clue us in in the next Episode. Wonder what it will be called. Totally like the subtitle "Delusions of Grandeur".

I don't know why but the humor was a bit low on this one. Nice toon and all but the funny wasn't too funny.

O.....k?

Well...it was ok. But I thought it was waayyy too short. There should have been more interaction between teh nurse and the patient. Going into the room, talking, whateva. I needed more interaction than just the joke. It would have made it a bit funnier.

However....

I really loved this toon. The characters were funny and the idea of Pancupcakes was funny too. HOWEVER...I really wanted these two characters to continue through their day. It would have been cool to have seen more.

Though it was AMAZING and FUNNY....I really wanted more.

Perhaps another toon with these guys can come along...?

Yeah, I agree. It feels like an intro to a larger story. Maybe these guys'll make a comeback someday. We'll see.

I always loved Mr. G&W and I really love this toon. It is so awesome. The other characters in the world look so much like G&W. It's like a cool world. Anyway, great work man!

I thought the style of art was excellent and the choice of song was great. I actually didn't expect there to be a little clip at the end of the credits but there was and it was funny I loved that bit too.

If you didn't see it rewatch it and don't exit till the actual end. It knocked my socks off. (sry, i wasn't wearing blue suede shoes at the time).
